Thank you for taking your time and visiting my blog. This blog will contain previews of my upcoming ebook "MissLed" and my thoughts on how current events relate to the themes in my ebook.
A bit about me: My sister once asked me, "Who are YOU to write a book about women?" Now, that's a fair, incisive question. The answer is that I have had a bit of a unique life. In the past 25 years (most of which I've been not in a monogamous relationship) I've lived/worked in Texas,Florida, California, South Carolina, New Jersey, Hawaii, and Antarctica. In addition, thanks to my Navy "adventures" (its not just a job - trust me) and an incurable itch to travel, I've enjoyed visiting such diverse locales as Chile, Argentina, Hong Kong, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Australia , New Zealand, and the European Countries of Greece (lived there 2002-2004), Spain, Ireland, UK, and Holland.
My talents are limited, but one gift I certainly have is being analytical. It is both challenging and rewarding to attempt to objectively watch - and then describe - events as they unfold.
Why I wrote this book: Over the past decade or so, I've noted a disturbing trend in women's public behavior. I started paying more attention to "normal" women's actions and language, and eventually was
moved to look beyond my own thoughts on women's misbehaviors and discontentment and research what other more learned, wise people had to say on the subject. 3 years and 1000s of hours later, VOILA...
MissLed is the product of much toil, effort, re-consideration, introspection, and contemplation. Simply put, too many women (I'd estimate 30%) are living their lives from a fundamentally wrong pool of thinking and knowledge. In sum, they are not living in reality....The results? Immeasurable damage to themselves, their families, and to the dynamic between men and women.
